Well it has been over a month since my last news post so I figured now might be as good of time as any.

In the last month we have been able to successfully clear 6/7 Heroic in Firelands in our 10 man raiding group. I would like to thank everyone for the hard work they put in and the countless wipes it took to make it this far into Firelands. The next logical thing to do would be for us to start attempts at Heroic Ragnaros.

Provoked has finally managed to down the Firelord, Ragnaros. It took us a lot of dedication and hard work over the course of about four weeks to get him down. Overall I think we put in maybe one hundred attempts before we killed him last night, September 11, 2011 on our 10th try. After 30 attempts and 4 hours later, we prevailed against the hunter of the Firelands, Heroic Shannox. Thanks to everyone in the guild that was rotated in and out in and out all night long due to connection issues and searching for the right raid composition. We again forgot to take a screenshot so we will take one next week when we do it again and post it. Killing Heroic Shannox has moved us to the 5th ranked guild on the server. All we need to do now is down Rag later today.
